VIDEO: Jim Cornelison's National Anthem Was The Best Part Of Seahawks-Bears

Sure, the Bears did everything in their power to completely obliterate not only the Seahawks, but all memories of the Seahawks' win over the Saints last week, and the end result of that was a nearly unwatchable game that seemed to drag on forever.

But the national anthem sung by Jim Cornelison before the game was fantastic.





Cornelison was just moonlighting as the Bears' "Star-Spangled Banner" singer, but he's the Chicago Blackhawks' full-time crooner, and has been singing the anthem loud and proud before their games for a while now. It's hard to imagine that the Bears won't ask Cornelison back for next week's NFC Championship Game against the Packers.
