Hey, thanks Hojo, it took me a while to get that text to work correctly on the board. Darn CSS. I was trying to use span tags when I really needed to use div tags.

This is strange � I was in the same situation you are now few months ago. I had expired visa from company A and I change to company B �six month ago I got visa stamped by Halifax Canada office. I had company visa expired less then one year. I don�t have any AP at that time, may be I am lucky.
I don�t know if any rules changed since then.

Yes, it is worth it if you're PD is current. I got my approval in less than 15 days and to think there even wan request for evidence. Everything was expedited. So am now filing my 485. But for those whose PD is not current, it does not make sense to pay extra for premium processing.

Do not mean to hijack the thread but the question hopefully is related.
When I submitted my 485 application, my wife and I requested just the EADs. We have the receipt notice as well as the EAD in our hands. Our FP is done as well.
We are now submitting our AP applications. If anyone has submitted late like myself in the recent past, I would appreciate this information.
1.) Could anyone let me know the appropriate documents for this?
2.) Also, what are the fees associated with it, especially with all the old vs new stuff?

I came here as student and OPT before, the OPT had a A number
In my approved I-140 i had a A number, both the numbers are different
While filing the forms for 485/EAD/AP and I-693 ( medical report ) i saw a field for A number
Which number must i put in the field

I was listing to NPR Diane Rim show. Not sure who guests were. But When Diana asked if there is any chance that bill might come back.. He said, no bill won't come back but there is chance that some pieces of immigration may come in seperate pieces in around sep. He did say some bill might come for High skilled.. He gave example of Bill Clinton's health care immigration bill.

Didnt see the edits. The first image you took is the best
I tend to agree, the first B&W one is the best in terms of composition. The new ones are not as "calm" somehow. I thought getting the railing to go all the way to the top corner would be better, but actually I think it is distracting. Interesting, maybe I learned something here. :p
