This came up to my mind : In senate there was voting on whether to bring immigration bill or not on to table , voting is around 60+ - 30+ , now these 30+ are sure they are going to reject it atleast with 90% confidence. we need to target the remaining 60 more compared to 30 who are already against to senate bill. This is very imp i dont know how to gather those details any help please ?

Sorry for going a little off topic... I just was showing him some things related to Win32, like if I showed him MFC or COM.
Anywho, Win32 is a pretty cool API. One thing I'd recommend is Visual Studio's help files, or just creating a project in visual studio where the Win32 code is written in automatically, and then studying that code.
If you're not using Visual Studio, a highly recommend you use it as a compiler. There is a scaled down free version.

May be I am not understanding the question right...I think the question was - what are the STEM disciplines? I know the website lists a bunch of occupations that require one of the STEM degrees. So to look at what are the STEM degrees, I chose Browse By STEM Degree and in that Scroll menu are all the majors - starts with Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering....

(b) Will they allow you to file I-485 before your visa number is available.
(c) How stable would be your job be in comming years
(d) What year of your H1 B are you in.
1) If you do not have a problem in H1b extension then.. new Perm Labor in 6 months... (a) I-140 in one month if premium ---- b) if they say no premium you have to wait, how long can't say)
1a) favourable ... 1b) -- ?????
2) If Eb numbers increase a) allow you to file I-485 to get EAD.
b) Eb num increases but no I-485 until date becomes current.
2a) will get you EAD, WIFE can get a job anywhere.. no travel problems and extensions.
2b -- opposite to 2a
3) Job at this company or Green Card. a) You want green card quicker as EB2 will move faster than EB3 even if USCIS don't allow you to file I-485 is
current.
b) If dont care about the earlier issues and are happy to stick with the new job and feel you will be at this place then

According to federal law, if you've had coverage for 6 months prior to changing your coverage to the new insurance, they can't refuse to cover pre existing conditions. My cousin went for her sister-in-law's wedding and at New Delhi airport, the Customs Officer asked her to show the bag. Apparently, there was good amount of jewelry. And she had to declare it in her passport.
She was not charged any duty but she had to show it again during the departure.

We had a bitter experience when we took OUR gold while traveling to india for attending a wedding. Customs officers never listened when we said it was OUR gold and we are taking it to wear for wedding. They demanded 1000$ dollars as bribe even though I said I can offer 400$ for my carrying my OWN gold. After lot of arguing, I was fed up and told that I will leave gold with them and take it with me when we go back. Finally, one officer intervened and he let us go without taking any money as he sensed that issue is going too far and we might end up complaining.
My suggestion, try to wear as much as gold you can as that is considered ok if it on your body. Take minimal if possible.

Both of these bills have wide bipartisan support in the house and will help reduce the back logs associated with USCIS. These bills are a great first step towards immigration reform.
DO NOT GET INTO THE LEGAL/ILLEGAL DISCUSSION WITH STAFF MEMBERS

Your 180 days start from the day your I-94 expired. And yes, 2 weeks or 4 weeks over stay will make a difference. Next time when you enter the country or at the Visa office they might ask you the reason.
You did nit clarify if your partner is a US citizen, PR or visa holder. That might help in giving you some additional advise.
He's American. I am aware that they will ask about that but I just want to make it clear that I'm facing a 3 year ban after overstaying the 180 days after my I94 expiration date (so the end of July in my case).
