Hi all I have a question concerning the dock on my macbook. I have noticed two mail icons on my dock with only one getting new mail and being highlighted when in use. can anyone explain why and how to erase the duplicate.

If the US signs the United Nations Convention Against Torture, and then admits using "enhanced interrogation" methods as part of its policy in the "War on Terror", then there is a double standard. We are either advocates of torture, or we are not.

Hey guys, n00b question here: I recently bought iFlat4 HD for my fourth gen iPod Touch. It's an amazing theme and I love it, but I just saw iFlat 2 HD on Themeit. Just wanted to know witch ones newer and better and what the differences are. Another thing is when I applied iFlat4 the Camera, Maps and Photos icons stayed stock, any way to fix this?

Sounds like it will be same shape, same screen, same everything externally (hopefully a new antenna though). Explains the lack of parts since they will be using the same parts... What did we see between the 3G and 3GS? A matt back and some internals (dock connector fitting and the camera I believe)?

Note: 2G = Second Generation. Second generation iPod Shuffles have a capacity of 1 Gigabytes.
Wouldn't it have been common sense to just spell out 1 Gigabyte Second Generation instead of devoting a whole other sentence at the end of the article about what 2G means?

Android will be on more things by the end of the year. iOS is restricted to apple products. But we are already seeing the creativity that people are using android for. Being that it is open source and easy to modify and write on we have many things. Android now powers eReaders, TVs, Video games, and even a microwave

Being an Ohioan, I think I can say that in the current environment -- hysterical Republican budget-hacking -- this just might go through.

Overpriced. These games are ancient and most of them don't offer much gameplay at all. Plus it cost atari essentially nothing to put this app out. If they made it $0.99 for the hundred pack then it'd be no-brainer, we'd buy it just for the nostalgia alone. I could conceivably see paying up to $4.99 for the hundred pack for the very small handful of games that are actually worth playing. But $14.99 for these junky games? No way.
p.s., I'm not saying all old games are bad, quite the contrary, there are a lot of fantastic old games that still hold up well, but the atari era of games were especially crappy.
There are two products:
1. The icade
2. The atari game
You do not need one for the other.
icade will be accessible by other game designers and is not limited to Atari games. Likewise, the atari games can be played without the icade.
The price for the Atari games is not too bad and the icade will allow you to play these games and more in the future using the physical joystick and buttons.
p.s., I'm not saying all old games are bad, quite the contrary, there are a lot of fantastic old games that still hold up well, but the atari era of games were especially crappy.

Doubtful since their warranty does not transfer to a second hand buyer. If I were to buy an iPod and then sell it on ebay a few weeks later the new owner would not be covered.
Apple dont check receipts, they check serial numbers. So long as its within the standard warranty period, or there is a flag to say that its covered by extended Apple Care, its covered. They dont care who you got it from.
Its also law. They are legally not allowed to refuse a manufacturers warranty based on which shop you bought it from (At least in the UK - it would be mind numbingly idiotic of any government to allow them to refuse it).

I agree. I think keeping your dignity and sanity intact are more important than a little extra money. I'll probably do the business card for this guy, but if he approaches me with any larger projects, I'll most likely turn him down. :)

The real measurement of how well the CDMA phone will do is when apple releases the iPhone 5. That way people can measure the performance when both carriers are starting off at the same time.

You have to understand the law. What the seller did was intentionally try to deceived. Would a reasonable person be deceived by this listing, yes, therefore the judgement would go to the plaintiff if something like this ever went to court.

The only time PayPal sided with the buyer was when they claimed they never got it and I had no shipping proof. The item is accurately described, end of story. Stop crying about it and be more responsible.
Just an ending note, I've made over $2,000 doing this before and used it to buy two amazing Les Pauls. ;)
