Hi,
Just purchased a new 13" high end Macbook Air...love it!!! Question, sometimes when I'm on a web page in place of a picture there's a blue question mark instead of the picture....why is that???

If you right-click iTunes in the Finder and choose "Show Package Contents", you will find graphic files in different sizes (cd, dvd jacket) for all the genres iTunes recognizes. I believe it is possible to add your own graphics/genres provided you follow the naming convention.

How about getting two notifications. Try telling me what the first one was? That's right, you will have no clue. Try using Android or WebOS for about 10 minutes and you will realize how obtrusive and useless notifications are in iOS.

Your out of luck. Under no circumstances will Apple EVER replace a product with another one that is not exactly the same! Period!
While I agree that under those circumstances Apple is unlikely to make the swap I have to disprove your claim. My mom's 14 inch iBook's screen broke when our dog pulled the cord it was plugged into and knocked it to the floor (pre-magsafe days). She sent it into Apple where they so sweetly said they would repair it free of charge even though they didn't have to. It ended up taking a few weeks when they said they would have a new one for her in a couple of days. After a few times calling in to check on the status that never seemed to change, Apple sent her a brand new updated 12 inch powerbook! Another time a friend of mine spilled wine on the keyboard of his 2009 15 inch top of the line Macbook Pro. It worked for a few more months until it finally kaput. He took it into Apple just to see what they would do, not too optimistic. The Genius was awesome and gave him a brand new 2011 top of the line 15 incher!

Apple should really diversify their suppliers anyway, which is what they look like they are doing. Cut Samsung supply by 50%, and threaten all of it if they don't get their act together. Surely Samsung doesn't think that that they can bring in this kind of revenue on their own merit. Outside of LCD televisions, Samsung has an image problem, and even that has only improved in the last few years.
Yeah not going to hurt samgsung on bit.

Reason being is the parts Samsung is supply there is already a shortage of them on the market. Apple drops them all Samsung does is go to the next guy and more than likely for more money.

I know rumors aren't good to use, but I'm sure there were pre-production parts for the iPhone4 showing up by this time last year, maybe the fact that there isn't gives more credibility to the next version coming later.
Keep in mind that they totally revamped the form last year. They might not do that this year so the iPhone 5 touchscreen could be the same as the iPhone 4. So these suppliers might not know that they are building parts for the new one
I disagree, whether you call it a refresh or all new phone, several things must be addressed by Apple in the current model:
1. replace back glass with metal or carbon fiber enclosure;
2. replace antenna design;
3. use 4" screen, even at same resolution;
4. offer 64gb model.
Or not. Apple is not required to follow your wish list about any product. No matter how clever you think your ideas

Hey,
I do alot of work in After Effects and when searching "After Effects" in Finder I noticed an application called "mocha for After Effects". Their site said they were something about motion graphics, but I didn't buy or download it. Can I have some clarification on what it is and how I have it? I'm a pretty tech-savvy producer, just look at my sig, but I am at a loss.

Overnight my sirius app stops working once the screen fades out or I hit the button on the bottom or top of the ipad.
any ideas?
Just checked my app and it seems to be working fine. I'd close out the app and try again. Or, hard reset and try. Good luck! I LOVE my Sirius!
