Why would any country allow newspapers to sell subscriptions without the option to opt out? Check back with your politicians if that were legal in your country.

Garden State Plaza store is like a mile away from me, but I always go to Tice's Corner (15 miles). I feel like I get better customer service there.

From what I read there is no difference between a paid and non paid version in way of functions. The only difference is that it eliminates the nagware.

I have my office on the first floor but just going to turn it into a guest bedroom and move my office to the basement. It's always cold down there so I'll be able to run all my clients again. 6 cores at 4.2ghz puts of quite a bit of heat even with 1.27v. 4 GPUs @ 900mhz puts off quite a bit too lol.

Well, I think the current reporting system should continue to work just fine. It's not too difficult for someone to put a direct statement into the text box describing the problem.
I think we can figure out the problem without it going into a specific category ahead of time. ;)

Hope they fix the slide to unlock bug on home screen.

That particular enclosure uses one eSATA port for each drive in the enclosure. You certainly could put only your 2TB drive into it and use that drive by itself, but you would not be able to daisy chain to another enclosure.

The Financial Times (and they're far from the only one) are complaining NOT because of the subscription fee split but because they loose "the direct relationship with subscribers". To put that into simple English they currently sell their customers information to marketing firms or use the demographic data to sell ads in the FT or related materials.
They can only sell it if you opt in (or don't opt out, depending on whether that checkbox is checked by default or not). And what harm is happening to you if they use their anonymous demographic data to sell adds? Don't you think Apple is using their demographic data when they sell iAds?

You have to understand the law. What the seller did was intentionally try to deceived. Would a reasonable person be deceived by this listing, yes, therefore the judgement would go to the plaintiff if something like this ever went to court.
