As of my knowledge and talking with others, it seems like they will issue receipt to you for each of those application. Regarding I-485 processing, yes they will wait untill your labor substitution is done then they will process I-140 and once I-140 is approved they will process I-485. If I-140 is not approved then they wouldnt be able to process I-485 even if it's current.
I had applied for Labor Substitution/140/485/EAD concurrently on July 2nd. If I understand the process correctly, I would receive 3 different receipt notices and 3 different approvals for LC/140/485?
I have applied in NSC. What is the approximate processing times for approving:
1. Labor Substitution
2. I 140
3. I 485.
Also, will they start processing 485 only after LC and 140 are approved?

His lawyer was right. If he has H1 he can do H1 transfer to another employer and invoke AC21 to continue AOS.
I see, so that means if i have to invoke AC21 i do H1 transfer. But what if the other company don't want to do H1? Then i guess working on EAD is the only option.

I opened SR in Jan...took infopass last week...NOTHING..stupid people are saying that my namecheck is going on..i applied 140 and 485 in July...i140 not yet approved...no FP also...blackhole...

My 485 receipt Date is July 5, 2007. Today i got a mail saying they have sent an RFE on my 485 App. It could be for Original Employment Letter as i sent a copy of the letter.
FYI my PD is Sep, 2006 EB2 India
This does mean that they are processing applications since processing date has jumped to 18/19 july 2007. But I think even if you furnish missing information to them, they will say everything is okay, but since currently PD is not current, they will just keep your application ASIDE. and continue processing other applications. They will really give us a GC - I DONT KNOW WHEN....I am seriously thing 2-3-4-5 years!

I got LUD on two 140's for 8/12/07.
Based on so many LUDs, my hunch is it might be data check for 485 entry.
or it does't mean anything.
if checks are cashed in a day or two, then it surely is 485
or does USCIS deposits checks first.
LUD on so many cases cant be a coincidence.

The usage for Eb4(religious worker)+Eb5(investment) for 2008 was 3699.
These two categories are undersubscribed so the real spill over impact is closer to 3699. (which might bump up Eb2 india by 1 month more than otherwise.)

Unless of course you are an illegal maid from El Salvador, in which case you can apply for your green card in person at any USCIS window by 9 am, and pick up your green card by 4 pm the same day. You have the option of premium processing, where if you pay $5 extra, you get along with your green card a U.S. passport, voters regsitration card, perpetual drivers license and a pack of "Hershey's Kisses" (or an actual kiss from the USCIS officer, your choice)

The tutorial is nearly impossible to do, because the author doesn't tell you how to make the starting blob...

I understand the 10-day rule, but when does the clock start?
The date of lease starting or the date of actual move.....ideally these shouldnt be too far apart, but in my case they will be, hence the confusion.

Same here: Filed AP on August 1st and got the receipt on the 25th, but have yet to receive the I-485/EAD receipts, which were filed on July 6. What can we do?

I find that fireworks mx is really cool for doing what you are trying to do if you can get your hands on it. Oh yeah and I think you should antialias the text a little bit. If you want honest opinions....I think the image could use a little jazzing up....Try this:
Find a nice big panoramic image like of a beach or something.. Then give it a real big gaussian blur (so that you cannt recoginze what it was)......U should already notice it looks similar to a gradient. 2. The give it a strong motion blur to the left or right (to soften the image) 3. Then do a an adjustment...hue.....and play with the saturation and settings. (You should have a pretty nice gradient looking abstract at this point). 4. Then duplicate the layer and play with that layers blend mode. I find luminosity to be cool but find one to suit your needs. That will make your text and image seem more interesting....right now it looks kinda dead in the water......I find gradients by themselves to be boring this day in age (most of the time). Let me know if you need a more indepth tutorial....this one was kinda weak but....hey
