My attorney clearly said she cannot get to my file until the end of the first week. She assured me though that she will be able to file it by July 15th.

Ok, what I posted is from these guidelines http://www.hooyou.com/lc/perm_eb2vseb3.html , EB2 used to be easier before PERM, it is also possible if position is job zone 4 but SVP is 8 or higher to go via EB2- PERM, I hope you are right in disagreeing though.

In the past , murthy lawyers have also claimed to have successfull MTR cases but that hardly created any awareness among USCIS about the AC21 law that they are not supposed to directly deny AOS if underlying I-140 gets revoked. Although we hope its good news but I doubt that this is going to make any difference to any future AOS applications whose I-140 get denied.

So what is the roler of a broker/ real estate agent for a buyer.
If I choose to deal directly with the seller, what are the things I need to do myself and can you explain the "attorney" part that you mentioned.

and the seller basically prices it into the sale price... which why when buying next time .. i would ask to deal with the seller directly.. get an attorney to do the paperwork and diligence for $600 and ask the seller to keep 1% and give me a 5% discount.lil leg work and you save like 25k on 500k house.

I came to know of a case where this gentelman who has PD of Nov 2002 EB2 has his case pending at Nebraska for a really long time. His Name check and other formalities were cleared and no body was sure the reason for the hold up. He had numerous infopass appointments as well as written to various lawmakers etc... After getting tired of doing all that he decided to take 15 days off from work. And do you know where did he go:
He went to Lincoln, Nebraska.
The story goes that every day he would stand in front of the office and he was turned back but he continued to sit in the lobby requesting to see the director. Finally his persitence paid off. On 15th day he was granted half an hour with the Director and he presented his case. In few hours he saw his 485 status changed to approved.

I will probably have to change emplyers based on EAD and lose my H1B status and she will lose her H4. Before that, I intend to put her into ESL(English as a Second Language) school to get her an F1 visa so she can stay inside US until I get my I485 approved
I read eveywhere and talked briefly to my lawyer about it and he had no objections and didn't raise any red flags so I assumed it would be fine to proceed with F1 plan.
Now I have to give a second thought I guess. I will go to my lawyer and try to get all the answers.
I understand the risks involved with me getting the I485 denied. I heard there are very low. Also, I read that adding F1 to I485 app is allowed and usual procedure, are you sure it might be rejected ? (my wife entered as H4 in the country, then will go on F1). I know there is always a chance to get denied.
How big would the combined risks be to get screwed here (wither 485 denied or F1 spouse not added on I485)? Like very low, low, medium or likely ? :)

The only exeption is if you go for a short vacation while working in US in H1B. You should be a US citizen or LPR, to be in US payroll without physically present in US.
In spite of their gracious offer to allow me to work remote, I do foresee a need where they would require my presence (a week or so at a time). Will B1 cover a visit to the company that I am getting paid for? Or, is there a type of B visa that allows me to visit the company and actually work for it?

Hawaii is an outlying US state. Going to Hawaii should be no different than flying between two cities within continental US.
Please double check on the advice before traveling. I know from personal experience that when you travel to South Padre Island, which is very much a part of the US, on the way back you are stopped at a check point. If you are not a citizen, or a permanent resident, then you have to show your papers.
