What will happen if primary case got approved but dependent case is still pending and at the same time, dependent H4 will be expiring soon??

Premium on 140 has nothing to do with expedition of 485. Later depends on Priority Dates , Visa Numbers , Name check results etc ... etc... If you get 140 approved on Premium then the only advantange is that you can Trigger AC21 to change your Job after 180 days of 485 filing WITH A PEACE OF MIND.
Otherwise if your 140 is hanging and you invoke AC21 and by chance that 140 gets a rough RFE or gets denied for some reason your 485 will be denied immediatly and you are in deep waters.
Has USCIS started premium processing of I-140 again ? Can you please send me the link ?
What happens if one has filed I-140 concurrently with 485 ? Does 485 gets expedited too ?

Guess what you should only travel by First class, If you travel by economy they will catch you..... :))
Jokes aside, You should be ok your H1B extension/stamping has nothing to do with which Airlines you travel, How many stops you will make etc.. Some countries have restrictions if you don't have valid visa during transit. Check with Airlines.

Teacher H1 is same as any other H1. There are consultancies hiring teachers. You can join based on your qualifications and experience. If you don�t want to go out of USA then you can apply for change of status to change from L1b to H1 or you can go out of USA and get H1b stamping done.

Out of the ones which are posted above, I used ECE recently for MBA admissions. They do not require attested copies from University. You need to fax your marksheets to them and pay the fees (I think $135). They may ask for original if fax is not clear, which was the case in my evaluation. I did not opted for Rush service and got the evaluation sent back to me in 4 weeks.

If you are going for EB2 and your LC says MS+1 year of experience, you need experience for 1 year. If your LC said BS+5 years you need 5 years worth. If your LC said the job requires expertise in VC++, your experience letter must mention VC++.
It is EB3 (PD 2001) and Lc did say that 3 years of experience and my first job almost have 2 years 8-9 months of experience. So I was thinking that USISC should not mind for letter of eperience for 3 remaining months..Current job ..I have been working now for 6.5 years....
Does it matter..Do you think it really matters..

I am a consultant and work for a client. My client wants to extend me a permanent offer and my consulting company that I presently work with would have no problems if I accepted the offer from the client.
I have asked the client to remote work from India and they said I could for six months and re-evaluate at that point. I can get a three year extension based on my I-140 approval with my consulting company (no 485, dates not current) if my client applies for a H1. I am not sure if I should or apply for a different visa.
The company that I intend to do remote work for does not have presence in India. Cannot do L1 I think.
What are my options?
Can I ask the company extending me an offer to apply for H1 and then work from India for six months?
(or) Can I just leave, work for them in India, and visit them periodically on B1?
I am planning to work remote with the company's understanding that this would be for the long term. So, it may actually extend beyond 6 months with possible periodic visits. Both the company and I would like to see how the first six month goes.
Any other suggestions. If there are tax implications, I would appreciate some feedback.

Friend of mine got her DL renewed for 1 yr based on EAD as her h1b extension is not approved yet.DMV ppl look at her EAD and renewed her DL for 1 yr without any questions. So i guess you are fine with yr DL extension for 1 yr. As per my understanding and some of the posts , i think you won't loose yr H1b status as you are not using EAD for employment. And answer to yr last question is my frd got her DL renewed in VA only. She got it at DMV on Gallows Road, VA (it's in Fairfax,VA). Hope this helps.

I got my FP done today. I received the FP notice around 12th Sep. My receipt date is 4th Sep. Case is in Tx.
Appointment time was 2PM. We reached 15mins early. The time does not matter. Long line to check and accept the form. Then we were issued numbers and asked to wait for the numbers. For the amount of people waiting for FP, they did a good and fast job. Mostly young kids and they were fast.
Did FP and took Picture of self and wife and we were done. It took a little over 1 hour. I carried my passport but showd Drivers licence and that was all that was needed. Hope this helps.

I got my checks cashed yesterday night.
I got 6 receipts. 3 for me and 3 for my wife ( 485/EAD/AP).
Got receipt numbers from back of check starting with SRC.
But when checked in USCIS case status Online it said Case Retreival Failed.
Dont know whats going on.
Hope you should be fine.
Call USCIS as you have receipt numbers now and explain your situation, They will be able to help. Before calling USCIS, check with your attorney.

On 2nd July, what time was your i-485 application received at NSC?

My application reached NSC on july 2nd 10.25 am & the LUD on my I-140 was changed on July 28th still no receipt notice or the cheque got cashed. No idea whatz going????
So I guess the LUD change is nothing relevant to I-485 filing.
